Logistics Administrator

Location:  Christchurch
Full-time position

With offices in Christchurch and Auckland, AllTerra is the largest supplier of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) products, measuring instruments, and supporting software and services in New Zealand.  We’re an organisation made up of people with a passion for helping our clients achieve best practices in their fields.

Based at our office in Christchurch our valued shared services team is now looking to recruit an enthusiastic, energetic person to the role of Logistics Administrator.

Reporting to the Finance and Operations Manager you will be performing a variety of tasks including:

  • purchasing and procurement
  • receiving and dispatching orders
  • conducting cyclic stock checks and updating inventory records
  • arranging relevant supplier paperwork details to action warranty and repair claims
  • coordinating deliveries and stock transfers to assist internal sales, admin, and service teams
  • general office and administration tasks

This is a busy, fast-paced role so we’ll be looking for candidates that can demonstrate a strong work ethic and a real commitment to getting the job done. Previous experience in a similar role is a definite requirement as is the ability to quickly pick up new systems and work methods.
